Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate meeting schedules and prepared agendas for board meetings.

  • Manage the finances and coordinate the maintenance and repairs of the McCarroll Ditch.

  • Prepared professional correspondence, including memos, letters and emails, ensuring accuracy and timeliness for the 12 shareholders.

  • Responsible for issuing the Water Right Certificates, and implementing the legal requirements for incorporation of the Company and the associated Bylaws.
